Health service will guarantee standard of care

According to a new fundamental law that will be unveiled next week, patients will be given a warrant of the lower limit standard of that they can expect.

The new written document will set out a code of rights and duty for patient expectations for the service. The plan is to make a model whereby the service will be accountable at a subject and local level.
