Goodhealth Worldwide, which was acquired by Aetna in Oct 2007, is now offer its members access to Aetna’s Preferred Provider arrangement (PPO) web when they seek checkup care in the United States. Aetna’s PPO web is 4,771 hospitals and 807,000 physicians across the US. It is supported by the online provider directory DocFindA, which allows members to find a recommended doctor or checkup professional, narrowing their hunt by forte, gender or infirmary as well as location. It also gives entree to detailed provider info, such as linguistic communication spoken, board enfranchisement, medical school attended, business office features and location guides. “We are pleased to be able to provide Goodhealth members with broad entree to superiority hospitals, physicians and other checkup providers through Aetna’s Preferred Provider arrangement network,” says Martha Temple of Aetna Global Benefits (AGB).
